QRMA Technical Documentation and Legal Conformity Standards

The QRMA is CЄ certified, as seen in the image above.  The licensed manufacturer assessed the device to meet EU safety, health, and environmental protection requirements. The device possesses the CЄ mark, indicating that it may be traded freely in any part of the European Economic Area, regardless of its origin.

Certificate of Compliance
A copy of that certification is attached, entitled "Certificate-Compliance_QRMA.pdf". Confidential information has been redacted but has no impact on the certificate's validity.  



Certificate of Conformity
A copy of the original certificate issued by the developer QRMA Inc. is attached, entitled "QMR-998_Conformity-Certificate.jpg". 

Declaration of Conformity (DoC)
The manufacturer has opted to provide this document only if import customs request it, which has not happened since the device has a CE Mark. If customs does request this document, email us at support@biorez.life or log in to our Helpdesk and open a new ticket.
