Emails not showing in Nextcloud Mail

If there is an exclamation mark beside the email address, the most likely cause of no emails showing up is an incorrect password for the email account you set up in Nextcloud mail. Select the three dots beside the email address and go to "Account Settings".  



Enter the correct password for both IMAP and SMTP fields and select the "Save" button. 
 


If you receive an error, the password is probably wrong.  Contact us (as below) to reset your password.     

You can always check your emails on Webmail or add this email account to your email app/client.
