I cannot login to my Biorez Cloud account

If you are certain you know your credentials, first verify that you are logging into the correct address.  The Biorez cloud Server address is cloud.biorez.org. 

Here is a real example of a user who was trying to login to the BIOREZ Cloud (cloud.biorez.org) using the Server address for our Help Desk (help.biorez.life). 





If you are on the correct site and unable to log in due to a forgotten password, you can try resetting your password by selecting "Forgot Password" and following the instructions.  

If you are using the mobile app and experience problems logging in, ensure you are using the latest versions of the app and your operating system. 

If you are using a mobile browser and it doesn't seem to work, try accessing your account using a desktop browser.  Some mobile browsers do not meet the security requirements. 

If none of these suggestions help or you don't remember your username, open a support ticket, and we will take care of it.
