AMSCAN: Program can't calculate the patient's age

When entering the patient's birth date, you may encounter regarding calculating the patient's age.

This can occur if the "Birth data" date format does not match the date format of the "Date" field.  If the date format is correctly entered, the form will automatically calculate the "Age" field.

If the "Age" field is not automatically calculated, there is an error in the date formatting of one or both date fields on the form.

For convenience, the "Date" field has been automatically filled with the current date.  If it contains spaces, there might be an issue with the date format. As this field is user-editable, correct the date and select a zero for the spaces.

If there are spaces in the date format, it is best to change the date format in Windows settings to match the format "dd.mm.yyyy" as that is the original date format used in the software.  Otherwise this date formatting error may persist.

If you have followed all these suggestions and it still does not work, try to restart the software one last time before notifying us of the persistent issue.
