The science on hydrogen therapy is still emerging and thus it is important that you keep up with the research.  The Molecular Hydrogen Institute offers online courses that we highly recommend.

Current BIOREZ Best Use Practices:
  - Based on published studies and our experience using this therapy in our private practice.
  - For routine maintenance and acute distortions, this therapy can be used as a general measure by using each of the accessories separately or together. If you are not targeting a particular area, it is best to start with inhalation therapy.
Once comfortable with the nasal cannula, you can try the other accessories individually or together.
