E3 fault code indicates that the water is too high in total dissolved solids (TDS) and is of low quality for electrolysis.
Use Auto-drain to empty the water and refill with distilled water only.

Note: You may have used reverse osmosis or other types of water that are not specified in the User Manual.
According to the User Manual, if you fail to use distilled water, you risk damaging the electrolyzer, and that is not covered by the warranty.
